The HomeBenefitsPlus program offers you a caring and experienced Counselor
that will carefully assess your real estate needs and match you with
an outstanding professional realtor to assist you. Your Counselor will
stay in touch with you throughout your transaction, and after close
of escrow, will send you your rebate check of 25% of the commission
on your side of the transaction.
